The inspiration for Kama comes from Kamadeva, the Hindu god of erotic love. He dips his arrow in honey, causing people to surrender to desire. Kama opens with the dark sweetness of blackberry, meeting the smoky character of birch tar. Violet and orris root lend a powdery elegance to the opening.
