No Refund / Final Sale Policy (Fragrance Decants)

Final Sale Policy

All fragrance decants, samples, split bottles, and partially filled atomizers sold by JP's Fragrance Corner are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Due to the hygienic nature of fragrance products and the risk of contamination or tampering, we cannot accept returned fragrance items under any circumstances except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, customers must contact jpsfragrancecorner@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging and product
  • Description of the issue

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, shipping claim, or other resolution will be offered.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for reasons covered under this policy, including dissatisfaction with scent profile or refusal to read the product description and policies prior to purchase.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested using order records, tracking confirmation, customer communications, and acknowledgment of store policies accepted at checkout.
