By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

Fragrance performance, longevity, projection, and scent perception are subjective and may vary from person to person.
Product dissatisfaction based on personal scent preference does not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Decants are hand-transferred from authentic retail bottles into smaller atomizers and are not manufactured, endorsed, or affiliated with the original fragrance brand unless explicitly stated.
Minor cosmetic imperfections in labels, atomizers, or fill levels may occur due to the manual decanting process and do not constitute defects.
