THUMBSUCKER
A surreal interpretation of an ancient myth where divine nectar, new life and childlike instinct intertwine.
Fragrance Story
THUMBSUCKER transforms this strange and fantastical tale into scent. Sweet, comforting and slightly mysterious, the fragrance plays with the contrast between childlike innocence and ancient mythology. Honeyed warmth and soft sweetness meet earthy, resinous depths, creating an unconventional composition that feels simultaneously nurturing, primal and otherworldly.
Inspiration
Drawn from ancient Hindu mythology, THUMBSUCKER tells the extraordinary story of King Yuvanaswa, who accidentally drank a sacred fertility potion intended for his queen and became pregnant himself. When his son Mandhata was born, the god Indra offered his thumb, filled with life-giving divine nectar, to nourish the child—a mythical origin for the instinct of babies to suck their thumbs.
